1Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to GTR66. The GTR66 platform is operated by a registered and licensed company authorized to provide online gaming entertainment services. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and GTR66 ("Company", "we", "us").

By registering an account, making a deposit, using any game, or accessing any part of the gtr66 platform, you automatically accept and agree to be bound by all Terms stated herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this agreement.

2Member Eligibility

To use the GTR66 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Not currently on a self-exclusion list or gaming ban imposed by GTR66 or any relevant regulatory body.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and to lawfully use the GTR66 services.
• Acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of a third party.

Gtr66 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm member eligibility. Failure to submit the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

3Registration & Account Management

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) GTR66 account. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual or household is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed, with funds subject to forfeiture.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, valid email address, and phone number. GTR66 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the member.

• Account passwords are entirely the member's responsibility. Please use a strong password and do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• Gtr66 provides a Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) feature that is strongly recommended to be activated for added security.
• Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to the GTR66 support team immediately.
• Gtr66 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

4Deposit & Payment

Gtr66 accepts a wide range of payment methods popular in Malaysia, including online bank transfers (all major banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and other digital payment methods listed on the platform. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary depending on the selected payment method and the member's account level.
• Deposits are typically credited to your gtr66 account within minutes after the transaction is confirmed.
• Gtr66 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges.
• All deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes. GTR66 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals if a deposit is found to have been made solely for money management purposes without meaningful gaming activity.

5Withdrawal

Gtr66 is committed to processing all withdrawal requests promptly and efficiently. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 3 working hours after the request is submitted and account verification is complete.

• For security and fraud prevention purposes, withdrawals can only be made to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the deposit.
• A completed identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal can be processed. This is an industry-standard procedure to protect all parties.
• Gtr66 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents such as bank statements or proof of identity before approving large withdrawal amounts.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is as specified on the Deposit page and may vary depending on the selected payment method.
• Any bonus or free credits that have not met the wagering (rollover) requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied.

6Bonus & Promotions Policy

Gtr66 offers a wide variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses for new members, weekly cashback, deposit bonuses, free spins, and promotions tied to Malaysian festivities. Each bonus is subject to wagering requirements and specific conditions stated at the time of the relevant promotional offer.

• Validity Period: All bonuses have a limited validity period. Unused bonuses or unmet wagering requirements within that period will expire automatically.

7Game Rules

All games available on the GTR66 platform are subject to their respective game rules as set by the game providers. GTR66 uses an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure every game outcome is fully random and fair.

• The RTP (Return to Player) value for each game can be found in the respective game information within the GTR66 lobby.
• Any result displayed on screen after a game is completed is final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear technical evidence of a system error.
• In the event of a technical disruption or system failure during gameplay, gtr66 will use system logs to determine the valid game outcome. If the outcome cannot be determined, the bet will be fully refunded to the member.
• Gtr66 reserves the right to void any wager if a technical error, data disruption, or any unusual circumstance affecting the integrity of the game is found.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gtr66 platform and may result in immediate account closure and/or legal action:

• Opening multiple accounts or using false identities or another person's identity.
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any technical tools to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Attempting to exploit bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the GTR66 system for personal gain.
• Cooperation or collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity conducted through the GTR66 platform.
• Initiating chargebacks or unauthorized payment disputes through your bank or payment provider.
• Sharing your account with another individual or allowing others to use your account.
• Any form of fraud, threats, or harassment directed at GTR66 staff or other members.

9Account Closure & Suspension

Gtr66 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account for the following reasons without prior notice:

• Violation of any provision under these Terms and Conditions.
• Identity verification failure or inaccurate or misleading registration information.
• Suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity detected by the gtr66 monitoring system.
• Instructions from relevant authorities or court orders.
• Account inactivity for 12 consecutive months with no login activity or transactions.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the gtr66 support team via live chat. Any balance eligible for withdrawal will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures once the review is complete.

10Responsible Gaming

Gtr66 is deeply committed to responsible gaming practices. We believe that gaming entertainment should remain a fun and controlled activity, not a source of stress or financial hardship.

• Deposit Limit: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings at any time.
• Loss Limit: The loss limit feature allows members to cap the maximum amount they can lose within a specified time period.
• Session Time Limit: Set time reminders to track how long you have been playing.

• Any links to third-party websites, where provided, are for convenience only, and GTR66 has no control over or responsibility for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

12Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

Gtr66 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes via registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless an emergency or legal compliance requirement necessitates an immediate change.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties. Should negotiations fail, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration.
